RETURNS POLICY
Returns can be made within 14 days of receiving your order (*exclusions apply as listed below). Items must be returned unused and in original unworn condition, including packaging. The cost of returning the item is the responsibility of the customer and postage cannot be refunded. The exception to this is if the product is faulty, in which case your postage will be refunded. We strongly recommend using a postal service which has full insurance for the contents. You will be responsible for the jewellery until it arrives safely at Julia Brice Designs. Before returning any items, please email julia@juliabricedesigns.co.uk quoting your order number and details of your return.
*Refunds do not apply to:
earrings, due to reasons of hygiene
personalised jewellery
custom orders
Returns need to be sent to: Unit 8, Jones GC Way, Great Yarmouth. NR31 0GA along with your details and an order number.
A full refund will be issued within 30 days of receiving the items in their original
condition.
If you received the goods and they have been damaged in the shipping process, please contact me within 7 days at julia@juliabricedesigns.co.uk.
A replacement will be sent on receipt of the damaged goods.
Items are sent using a tracked service. Due to Royal Mail regulations, one month must elapse before items are considered lost in transit. Refunds for loss cannot be processed until that time has elapsed.
The refund policy does not affect your statutory rights.
